Certified translations are necessary for official purposes and differ from one country to another. Unlike France, where a translator is called upon to take an oath before the Court of Appeals and produces sworn translations, the United Kingdom does not certify the translation but the identity of the translator. The translator certifies the quality of his or her own translation.
Our translators are certified either by the CIoL (Chartered Institute of Linguists) in the United Kingdom, the NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) in Australia, the ATA (American Translators Association) in the United States.
We translate your personal documents in 3 steps for a fixed price of €38 per page. Most certified translations can be done in 1 to 3 working days depending on your needs, and in addition to delivery time. If you order comes to more than 2000 words, extra days may be required. All our certified translations include a signed and stamped certificate declaring that the translated text is accurate and complete. Where necessary, notarized certification expenses may apply.
Delivery is by mail and email. You receive a draft version of your documents by email. Once approved, the certified translations are delivered by mail. Postal costs within France are applied at the current rates. International mail is available.
